Really, this is there latest CD
The Effects Of 333
It was released off a record label and is sold
exclusively through there web site.
It was released Nov. 1st at 3:33am.

I love there other stuff,
but hopefully they will continue to spend
equal amounts of time on both
genre's of music.

Boris - Flood

Boris yet again, proving to show there diversity with this release, very smooth and psychedelic.

Queens Of The Stone Age - Songs For The Deaf

There seems to be a theme here.
Basically I'm 100% obsessed with the Queens.

Songs for the Deaf has a radio theme to it.
I think its highly annoying, the theme that is not the music.
Basically before and after some songs
there is a period of "radio chatter".
Those things you hear while surfing channels on the radio.
The reasoning behind there theme comes from Josh and Nicks Kyuss times.
Kyuss would play a lot of generator parties.
They would drive out for miles and miles
into the middle of the desert to play a show.
People would flock to there location and just watch.
But the ride to the show would take hours.
With nothing to see but desert they would shuffle through the radio
to see what they could get out of it.
Which was commonly nothing good.

"I like it when we do stuff together."

Queens Of The Stone Age - Queens Of The Stone Age

The Queens of the Stone Age.
They are right.
I cant quit them, baby.

Jesu - Sundown/Sunrise

This, in my humble opition, is the single best Jesu release. It consists of two long songs, Sundown, and Sunrise, both of which are amazingly relaxing and soothing. If you download this looking for more "Man, Woman" style Jesu, turn around, because this shit will just touch your soul. I, Dr. C, personly prescribed this album with a nice heafty bowl pack.

Enjoy :D

Super Heavy Goatass - 60,000 Years

Super Heavy Goatass are a stoner band from Texas.

They are one of those bands who are
much more musically driven then they are vocally.
But it fits them really well.
Dont get me wrong, the vocals are loud and clear.
Its just so happens that sometimes the only vocals
for an entire song are composed of
"Sweet Home, God Damn, I'm A Mother Fucking Texas Man."
But it works really well for them.

In any case I like them alot.
If anyone has there newer CD "Nemesis"
Or there split with Southern Gun Culture
Drop me a line I'd love to own them.

The Beatles - Revolver

Arguably the band that created Psychedelic music, and well... rock and roll as we know it. This album is amazing, and has been one of my all time favorite for some years now. The song 'Tomorrow Never Knows' is off the walls. Some times its hard to believe it came out in the mid 60's.

Blog Update 12-1-08

Just a small update to the posts.
I fixed the labels so things are easier to find via the search bar.
Matts a good speller.

Some soon to come albums that I'm excited about:
Pentagram - First Daze Here
Bedemon - Child Of Darkness
Witchcraft - Everything they have ever officially released (No Joke)
Super Heavy Goat Ass - 60,000 Years

I know Matt has some albums he will update soon.
I just cant say for myself what they are.

Also if anyone has the Queens Of The Stone Age Compilations CD
With the reworked version of "Born To Hula" please contact me.
I've been looking for that.

As always any requests just leave a comment anywhere and we will see what we can do.
